Inspection and Approval

Refund Method
Since Mason Voyager operates with a cash-on-delivery payment system, refunds (where applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon during the return process.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized products, clearance items, and hygiene-related products, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
